Definitions
The terms and conditions stipulated within the details of this participation contract must be read and interpreted to form the contract between the participant and the organizer. 'Participant/Delegate' - means the term 'Participant/Sponsor/Exhibitor' and any company, partnership, corporation or organization to which space is allocated for the purpose of participating as a delegate, exhibitor or as an advertiser or sponsor and includes its employees, contractors, suppliers and agents. 'Exhibition/Conference' - The term 'Exhibition/Conference' means the event detailed in this Participation Contract which is held under the management and organization of the tazeezai 'Organizer' - The term 'Organiser' means Tazeezai Company and the Company's employees. 'Site' - The term 'Site' means any showroom, tent, space, area or A conference facility, hotel or other building of this scope, and in particular means the site listed in the Participation Contract and any place within the areas of this site under the control of the Organizer for the purposes and duration of the Exhibition. 'Contract' - The term 'Contract' means the Musharaka Contract which consists of the acceptance and signing of this Musharaka Contract.

2. Request to participate
2.1. All applications for participation must be submitted in the prescribed contract form which must be submitted to the Organizer or their authorized representative(s), once the Organizer receives the signed contract. Issuing an invoice to the participant constitutes confirmation of participation and acceptance of the terms of the contract by the participant. Although the Organizer is not obligated under this contract to do so, The organizer will try to the best of its ability to meet the participant's requirements. The Organizer has the right to accept or reject any contract without disclosing the reasons to the Participant. No participant may refuse space assigned to him or cancel his participation for this reason. If a potential participant is unable to accept participation due to the unavailability of the space he desires, he is not entitled to claim or receive any compensation.
2.2 The date, time and duration of the exhibition/conference shall be at the discretion of the organizer. In case of any change due to force majeure or decision of the regulator/supporting government/authority At the organizer's discretion for any reason, the organizer must notify the participant of the opening and closing dates before/during the exhibition/conference.

3. Pay the participation fees
3.1. All participation payments must be paid in full, along with the participation contract upon receipt of invoice. The organizer is entitled to demand an additional interest of 5% per month in addition to a fee Participation from the participant. If the payment condition is not met it will start from the opening date of the exhibition/conference.
3.2. Any and all additional amenities or services requested by the participant will be paid in advance without exception.
3.3. No participant may remove products and samples from the stand or designated space until all dues have been paid to the organizer, and fees are paid during approved hours only.
3.4. In the event of breach of any of the terms of participation or payment, the Organizer shall be entitled to retain the full amount paid by the Participant in all cases and to obtain the privilege/retention of all Goods.
The Participant, and at the Organizer’s discretion, may sell or auction the Participant’s goods to recover the funds owed to the Organizer and recover any remaining funds from the Participant as is. Stipulated with storage and transportation fees, legal fees, attorney fees or any other associated fees.

4. Cancellation/Termination
4.1. Cancellation of the reservation will not be accepted and the full participation fee must be paid in accordance with the participation contract provided regardless of not actually participating. The organizer has the right to demand an additional interest of 5% per month in addition to the participation fee from the participant starting from the opening date of the exhibition/conference. 4.2. The Show/Sponsor Agreement is non-cancellable by the participant and the full participation fee is subject to payment by the participant in the event of cancellation or no-show.

4. Allocation of exhibition space
5.1. The organizer must allocate the space according to the nature of the exhibits or in any way the organizer deems appropriate. The organizer has the right to change the space allocated to the participant at any time before the start of construction of the pavilion by the participant, and the organizer alone has the right to change the space, move or close entrances or exits to the exhibition/conference facilities, and make structural modifications that he may deem appropriate. The participant has no right to cancel his participation in the exhibition/conference or claim compensation as a result of these changes. The Organizer will make every effort to provide suitable space for the participant, however, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances related to other participants' stands such as decorations or obstructions.

5.Representation:
5.2. A participant guide will be issued containing detailed information/instructions for participating in the exhibition. All terms and details contained within the Participant Guide are binding on all participants and designated agents of the exhibition/conference and must be adhered to without exception.

6. Force majeure
6.1. The participant must take into consideration the safety of the organizer and not cause losses or damages of any kind. Under no circumstances may the participant claim compensation from the organizer for damages before/during/after the exhibition/conference dates resulting from theft, fire, building collapse, explosion, or accidents. ; A defect in the exhibition hall (hall), storm, hurricane, lightning, act of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, such as epidemic or pandemic; Or government decision, national emergency, national mourning, riots, strikes or disturbances. civil war, labour disputes, closure of industrial proceedings, explosions, terrorist attack, civil war, threat or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo or severance of diplomatic relations; Or nuclear, chemical or biological pollution or breaching the sound barrier, or any law or any action taken by a government or public authority Including, but not limited to, a government order cancelling an exhibition, imposing a curfew, closure due to public health risks/infectious diseases, safety measures, export or import restrictions, quotas or bans, or failure to grant the necessary license or approval; Or non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors (other than companies). in the same group as the party seeking to rely on this provision), interruption or failure of utility service; Or a general cause of force majeure, whether or not it was a previous cause or any cause not previously controlled by The organizer or for any loss or damage resulting from holding the exhibition, accelerating or postponing the date of the exhibition, cancelling it, stopping its holding, changing its duration, or abandoning it, and for any loss or damage to the main pavilion available. 7. Changes
7.1. The organizer has the right to change the place, duration or dates and retain the full amount paid by the participant without prior notice if he deems it to be in the interest of the exhibition or for reasons beyond the control of the organizer. Under no circumstances may the participant claim any compensation of any kind from the organizer in respect of any loss or damage resulting from the cancellation, demolition, prevention, or any postponement or acceleration of the date or dispensation with the exhibition/conference due to the occurrence of any of the events where the hall becomes Completely or partially unavailable for holding the exhibition for reasons that may be within the organizer’s control or beyond its control. These conditions are binding and are determined by the organizer at its discretion, The organizer states that the exhibition/conference can be held by rearranging or postponing the exhibition/conference period, by replacing the hall or building, or by any other appropriate method. The participant cannot claim a refund under any circumstances.
7.2 The program may change due to unforeseen circumstances and the organizer has the right to change the venue, program and/or speakers without any prior notice and the organizer will not be responsible for any claims of any kind.

8. Confidentiality
8.1. The Participant undertakes not to disclose any confidential information relating to the Organizer’s business or affairs to any third party other than its official advisors or as required by law or as agreed upon by the Organizer and the Participant.

9. Compensation
9.1. The Participant shall indemnify the Organizer against any loss, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by the Organizer (including consequential loss including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings and other economic losses).

10. General Conditions
10.1. The Organizer makes no representations or any guarantees regarding the success of the exhibition/conference or in terms of the number or type of visitors or attendance of participants.
10.2. The Organizer may assign, transfer or subcontract any of its rights, benefits or obligations under this Contract to any of the Organizer's affiliates, parent company and affiliates from time to time without Written consent from the participant.

11. Entire agreement
11.1. The entire agreement consists of the participation contract in addition to these terms and conditions and other documents referred to within this document between the organizer and the participant and supersedes all agreements or negotiations. precedent relating to the subject matter of this contract; No variation or waiver of any of the provisions of this Contract shall be binding unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized person of the Organizer and Participant.
11.2. If any term or provision in this contract is deemed wholly or partly to any extent to be illegal or unenforceable under any legislation or statutory provision, then such term or provision shall not be deemed to form part of this contract and the enforceability of the remainder of the contract shall not be affected.

12. Governing law 12.1. In the event that any problem arises arising from this contract, the two parties will agree that they will attempt to resolve the problem amicably before resorting to the courts or the competent authority, whose decision will be final and binding.
12.2. The parties agree that this contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
12.3. The participant shall abide by any rule imposed by the local government or regulatory body and the organizer at any time as necessary for the successful holding of the exhibition.
12.4. The participant must adhere to all rules and regulations of the exhibition/conference site.

Refund Policy:
If you would like to request a refund for a delegate conference ticket at the National Sales Conference, you can do this in writing within 14 calendar days of purchase, and is subject to a 25% administration fee. Please note: Cancelations made after 14 days of booking are non-refundable, however, substitutions/transfers can be made (free of charge) up to 10 working days before the event opens. No shows are non-refundable. You can apply for a refund (25% administration fee applies) by writing to: jamal@thefuture-event.com Alternatively, we run a flexi-ticket policy whereby you can roll your tickets over to next year (free of charge). Please note, this does not apply to no shows. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES Oman Jobs Fair and events by Tazeez AI ( Organizers) are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The Organizers cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place. The Organizers will not be held liable and no reimbursement will be made, in the event of the cancellation or modification of the times, dates, sessions and/or events of The Organizers as a result of an event that is beyond The Organizer’s control, including but not limited to inclement weather, earthquake, flood, or other act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities, riot, national state of emergency, plague, act/threat of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labour disputes, or any other similar or related event which delays or prevents any or all of any of our events.
